Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on 45db.bet, collectively constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 45db. By accessing the platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or redeeming a promotion — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.

45db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version (if any is provided for informational purposes) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 45db platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 45db enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money feature of the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling, you must not register or use the platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active account on 45db. Registering or attempting to register more than one account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion order at the time of registration or during any period of active play.
• Not an Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of employees of 45db or its affiliated technology and payment partners may not register as players without explicit written consent from 45db management.

45db reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or bKash/Nagad account confirmation — at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the account and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings generated during a period when the account holder was ineligible (for example, if the player was found to be under 18) will be forfeited in full. 45db will not be liable for any losses or consequences arising from a player's failure to meet the eligibility requirements stated in this section.

Account Registration & Security

To access the real-money features of 45db, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information current and to notify 45db promptly if any details change.

Upon successful registration, you will be issued login credentials consisting of a username and password. • Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 45db support immediately at [email protected]. We will suspend the account pending investigation at your request.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 45db reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered email address on file.
• Account Verification (KYC): 45db may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a withdrawal request. Documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 45db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 45db supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

Bonuses & Promotions

45db offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. Prohibited Conduct

By using the 45db platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any assumed identity. This includes using a family member's details or a VPN to circumvent IP restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, baccarat, or other table games where player strategy affects outcomes.

Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the Player or 45db — may close a player account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is initiated voluntarily by the player or by 45db as a result of a breach of these Terms or an ongoing investigation.

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 45db will close the account and process any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending withdrawal conditions.

• Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed at the player's request without any associated breach, any eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 45db operates. 45db makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. • Good Faith Requirement: Both parties agree to engage in any dispute resolution process in good faith. Players who pursue fraudulent, vexatious, or fabricated complaints may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Limitation Period: Any claim or dispute arising from a player's use of the 45db platform must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period will not be considered.
• Severability: If any clause or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that clause will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 45db and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
